Working from our new dedicated design studio, we invite you to visit us in our new London home on Pimlico Road. Explore our approach to joinery for the home with newly imagined bespoke kitchen designs, our classic modular cupboard collection, timeless freestanding furniture, and exclusive paint colours all showcased within a series of interlinked spaces, moving from smaller ancillary rooms into grander, more dramatic displays.

Pimlico Road has become London’s busiest and most significant design district with a global audience and a busy programme of seasonal events and parties. As home to many important suppliers of antiques and specialist fabrics and furnishings – with whom Plain English work regularly – there is a healthy spirit of creative support and collaboration.

Kitchens, dressing rooms, larders, sculleries, and pantries can all be explored in this expansive new setting – our largest global flagship showroom. As with all Plain English designs, an elusive combination of proportion, patina and attention to fine detail, gives each design a sense of always having been there.

Coinciding with the opening of our Pimlico showroom is our introduction to ‘Kew’ – a new design. Drawing inspiration and atmosphere from the Georgian kitchen at Kew Palace, we hope to have captured the combination of practicality and elegance – a characteristic of Georgian craftsmen, even in utilitarian, ‘below stairs’ applications.
